It’s been a while since we posted on Almost Granola. Heck, it’s been a while since we did anything! We’ve been so busy with the babies that it’s been hard to juggle everything but today we begin our 100 Day Yoga Challenge.
We don’t pretend to believe this is going to be easy – but it’s important. We need to take care of our bodies. We aren’t getting any younger! Plus, doesn’t it feel good to do something good for yourself every day?
Plus, doesn’t it just feel good to do something good for yourself every day? Along with a renewed commitment to running, we are going to stretch it out. We think these two activities go together quite nicely, right?
